Parkland Players was established in 1995 to fill a community need for quality daycare and education. Our child care centers have been founded on the philosophy that children, their families and the community benefit from high quality Early Childhood Programs. We strive to allow each child to openly explore their individual interests through a variety of programs. Our program is based on the philosophy that all children are equal and unique individuals. KIDS ZONE, is a smoke free, multi-service childcare. Our staff are ECE trained and have over 20 yrs experience. All members have their CPR/First aid, are criminal record checked and attend annual ongoing training. Our mission is to create a classroom that allows a child to feel they belong. A class where they will own the room and take pride in their accomplishments, motivating them to learn. We use an interactive approach where children can learn within small groups. We feel this is the best way to provide developmentally appropriate curriculum. Throughout the day children work in small groups, in individual settings, and with the rest of the class in supervised activities. We feel your child will benefit from both structured and child initiated learning.

Led by Floarea (Tina) Stanila, a licensed Early Childhood Educator and Montessori teacher, Lily of the Valley Montessori is grounded in true passion for nurturing young learners. Tina has dedicated her entire career to teaching in various Montessori, Reggio?Emilia, and daycare environments, gaining deep experience and insight along the way. She moved to Maple Ridge with her family, and draws from both her professional and personal life as a parent to craft a supportive learning environment.
