Canteenwala Chiropractic CentreDr. Canteenwala's technique's are very gentle and effective. Our practice philosophy remains the same as when Dr. Sony Canteenwala started serving the Winnipeg area back in 1999. Simply put, our purpose is to serve patients by uncovering the cause of their problems and offer the very best chiropractic and supportive care we can.The vision is to help people uncover the 'why,' and then give them the best information so they can make healthy choices. And then support them in their pursuit. It's All Choicewe're choices. Informed choices. Far too many people find themselves in one of these traps:Fearful that their problem cannot be helped.Imagining their problem is more serious than it actually is.Minimizing their condition and allowing it to worsen.Everybody has a choice! We think it's unfortunate when people feel they are without choice. Being without choice is the number one generator of fear. So the last thing we want to do is generate more fear and place even more stress on your nervous system

St. Vital MuseumWelcome to the St. Vital MuseumThe former St. Vital police station, located within the fire station at 600 St. Mary's Road, is now the current home of the St. Vital Museum. It is a two-storey brick structure with stone facing on the main level. Erected in 1914, the station housed both the St. Vital Police and Fire Departments, the latter of which first began operating with three horse-drawn carriages and six firemen. At the rear were stables for horses which drew the wagons and sleighs up until the 1930's at which point pumper trucks were used. The first fire truck appeared in 1923 with the purchase of an REO Speedwagon. The second floor of the building also originally provided living quarters for the firemen.
