I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

The services we provide are highly specialized and include assessment, stabilization, consultation, treatment, and education.At the Choices Program, we take a holistic approach to the treatment of youth who have sexually abusive behaviours, which means we treat the whole person, not focus just on the sexually intrusive behaviours

The expression of grief is encouraged and psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma therapy to calm the nervous system into a relaxed state for healing. Addiction therapy explores the deeper feelings and issue to get relief. A better way to express anger is taught along with Communication skills which are to be practiced between sessions.
Nutritional plant-based meals are encouraged for better brain function and to calm the nervous system for a better healing outcome.
