This is a business brokerage business founded in 2005 after Ace Cetinski CPA, CA, MBA sold his public accounting practice after 24 years in Sherwood Park. In 2005 he obtained his real estate license and learned the trade primarily with NAI Commercial which had a separate business brokerage division headed by Pat Preston. Considerable success was achieved until the recession of 2008-09 and while Ace continued with Business Brokerage he also started a new public accounting practice at the Ace Lange Business Centre. Both businesses are located at the same address. Considerable success has been achieved in the business brokerage area with increases experience being achieved with each sale or transaction. In 2019 more emphasis has been placed on this service with the addition of Ali Amiri, also an MBA grad from the University of Western Ontario.
