This is the absolute best customer service I have ever had. I was blown away on the professionalism. I dealt with Vanessa and she was beyond excellent. What was really nice as well was that I didn’t get passed around. I immediately got Vanessa.She explained the part I needed and she shipped it out to me ASAP. Vendredi on m'a annoncé que mon lit et matelas était non-disponible avant plusieurs semaines. Malgré la déception sur le coup, Cathy et Devan du magasin de Lasalle ont travaillé très fort avec moi (samedi et dimanche) afin de trouver une solution de remplacement qui ferait notre bonheur. Un nouveau lit et matelas (mieux que ceux choisi) m'ont été suggéré avec une infime différence de prix. Je suis impressionné par le haut degré de service à la clientèle reçu par Cathy et Devan.
