Windsor Jewish Federation and Community Centre: Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We are the southern – most city in Canada, located on the Canada-USA border, across from Detroit, Michigan. Windsor has been home to a small but vibrant Jewish community for over 100 years. Built on waves of Jewish immigration, Windsor developed into a centre of rich Jewish tradition and culture. Windsor continues to maintain a strong sense of identity, and an impressive list of diverse Jewish institutions and organizations which date back to the late 1800s.
The Inn of Windsor was established to provide a community based residential care program to serve females 13 up to age of 18 years, as well as an independent living program for males and females 16 up to age 21 years who are in need of community supports.
CMHA offers a range of services to help people in Windsor. We have services for those with serious issues, people who are working through life's difficulties, and educational services that target the public.
