With not much notice, & little information to go on, she gave me exactly what I wanted..with a feminine touch a beautiful creative variety of fresh flowers, it was just so perfect for my friend )she loved it too! Frans has established a unique relationship with local growers to help him create special orders. The orders are placed over the phone or online and then picked up in-person in the Fraser Valley. When a request comes in for flowers not available locally, they are sourced from out of the country. At the auction, flowers are sold via Dutch auction system. This means that the prices start high and then go lower until the first buyer purchases the first lot. The process repeats, starting high and dropping, until all the lots are gone.
