Colleen received a diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1998 and Acupuncture certification in 1993. She is certified in IMS Gunn Intramuscular Neural Stimulation and is a member of iSTOP (Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain). IMS is a dry needling technique for patients with chronic pain and long standing musculoskeletal problems. Colleen has taken special interest in the concept of core stability and has developed an exercise program to help people improve their spinal stabilization. She has been involved in the treatment of many athletes involved in running, gymnastics, dance and contact sports. Colleen stays fit by running, skiing and gardening.
