i recently had a bbq with 20 people and everyone raved about the meat. No one could believe how tender and tasty it was! I understand now what a difference it makes to buy good meat. I bought italian prosciutto, brie (which was amazing), ribs, skirt steak and sausages (best i've ever had). I recommend this butcher shop to anyone who values quality.

Purchased various smoked pork products and the quality was excellent. Could taste the smokiness and some saltiness instead of the usual assault of pure saltiness one gets from the grocery store mass produced pork products.
