Finally gave mark a chance and not only did I find the haircut/style I liked, but I was proud to say I received the best haircut I had ever had. I am disabled and do not drive. I have been using Columbia Courier since I moved to Cranbrook in August and found them to be courteous, hard working and friendly. If I need groceries, I email them a list and where the items are, and they do the shopping for me and bring it to my door. I highly recommend them.

My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation

I have used there services a few times. They claim 24/7, and believe it or not, regardless of when I call, they answer. Sometimes have to wait a little while, because the size of the town means they only run one cab. There service has been great when I call. Hope they stay in business.
