Upon graduation from Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, California, Pastor Sung and his wife were called from the sunny California shores to the beautiful Great White North to serve as an associate youth pastor in the winter of 1993. After ministering for 4 years at Toronto Bethel Evangelical Church, he founded Rock Community Church in 1997. Just a handful of believers met in homes, then moved to Tyndale University College and Seminary. What began as a small group has now grown into a vibrant 5 acre church situated amongst a beautiful forest in the city of Woodbridge, Ontario. The core of Pastor Sung's philosophy of ministry is the simple belief that people of all ages, races and backgrounds can find deliverance and life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. By believing His Word, and receiving Him as Lord, we are set free to be all that the Lord desires us to be.'
