When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations. I have had nothing but great service from the people at Johns Foam store. They had a custom mattress for us for only $50 more that the standard one. They put some cushioning on my husbands iWalk2 to cushion the plastic parts that dug in for the cost of the foam, even though it took 1/2 hour to get it cut and positioned on the brace. Super accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with this company. When I told their service department that I found scratches on my nightstands, they were quick to do follow up procedures and keeping me in the loop as to how they will fix my problem. I now have 2 nightstands that look as good as new and very satisfied.
Not sure what the other review was going about... I actually wanted my delivery in the evening, but as far as I was informed, they finish deliveries all before 4pm.
