I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. I needed a custom piece of plastic made for an awning window so I could use my portable air conditioner. Went to these guys, brought my measurements and they had it made in 3 days. When I got it I could not have been more impressed! Above and beyond on the quality I was expecting and the price was way more reasonable than going to home depot to buy a piece of plastic and making it myself. The customer service was great too.
