(Charlie) Davis with his son Jack who recognized his father's quality work and high standards would be appreciated by new home buyers.In 1971 after years of part-time laboring for his father, Charlie's other son Wayne started working as a "framing carpenter", which led to extended duties with other builders giving Wayne a wide base of experience in quality home construction.
