I had so much damage from using box eyes and trying to do my own hair at home because I’m so scared of going the hairdressers but she put me at ease. Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I will definitely call him first thing if we have any plumbing issues in the future!
