I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.
