I tried my first class about 2 years ago at the Brampton studio with one of my girlfriends. We were curious to check out the buzz around pole dancing and liked the idea fo trying something new and a little bit taboo. This is the best time you could ever hope to have working out! We had so much fun and whoa, what a workout! The studio is gorgeous and HUGE and the instructors are super friendly and make you feel at ease immediately. We met some really awesome women in our class and I'm still hooked!

Irish dancing is truly a world-class art form and fantastic exercise. I highly recommend Aroon Academy for both competitive and recreational dancers. For both children and adult classes.
