Triple Threat was created from our experiences as students and professionals in the entertainment industry, and has progressed to become a collaboration of not only our ideas, but the ideas of students, teachers and parents who have been part of the Triple Threat experience.
Spiral Dance has 20 years of offering high quality dance instruction in the White Rock/South Surrey area. We take pride in offering new and returning students a positive atmosphere that promotes self-esteem, creativity, personal growth and fun. The studio name is fittingly dubbed after the ancient symbol (the spiral): a continuum that signifies the movement of energy.
Artistic Director and Instructor, Jill Tunbridge began Spanish dancing at an early age in Cape Town. At 19, she studied in Toronto for four years and in 1994 she moved to Vancouver, continuing her pursuit of Flamenco. In 2000, she began to share her passion by starting a beginner class in White Rock. She continues to promote this amazing, electrifying dance.
We believe that children are our greatest resource, they are the future. Children need love, encouragement and support to grow to their greatest potential. At Dancin'Stars we foster personal growth not only in dance, music and the arts but in all areas of life. Through our genuine passion for the arts, we lead a positive example inspiring young artists to achieve their dreams.
Our social classes are designed for any beginner who has always wanted to learn to dance. We make our classes fun and easy, while still imparting the correct technique and style. Our specialty is in the "Rhythm and Smooth" dances which include: Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa/Mambo, Merengue, Samba, Bolero, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Night Club 2 Step, Foxtrot, Tango, Slow Waltz and Viennese Waltz. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and we will provide partners by balancing the classes between leaders and followers. You will be dancing after the very first night! Some dance to remember, some dance to forget.
