I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. Have their mailbox service for a number of years, during this period they have always provided me with excellent service. I order online alot from Amazon and elsewhere, with the USP store I always get my packages which is very important to me.
