very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! After experiencing a problem with my garage door track and having difficulty opening and closing the door with the opener I called Rivett for help. Kevin came over the same day and was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out that I just needed a part and some maintenance on the track. Much to my surprise only a few minor repairs were required and it has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciated Kevin's honesty and quality work.
