I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced!
