This chain, including this store, is handyman's dream store. It is great for an eclectic selection of tools (mechanic's, auto body, hydraulic, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, etc.), an amazing surplus department with computer parts, cables, ammo boxes, and a host of other things; their automotive electric and trailer departments are quite thoroughly equipped, and they stock many hard to find items. The only problem that I have with this chain is that they still need to open in Fort McMurray

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The staff are very pleasant. I had a rental for 2 months, they had no problem exchanging cars to something that better suited my needs. I also ran into two problems with different insurance companies, the staff here figured everything out for me.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
