Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a pair of boots I had bought from them some time ago. Without a receipt they worked above and beyond to try and get a resolution with the manufacturer. Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have been to many many shows at the McPherson - I really enjoy that the theatre is so nice a big - and the quality of show is always very high. My wife is also a performer and has performed in some shows there as well and I know that she really enjoys working there as well - because she says the facility in general is very nice and the staff is great.
