I have a yearly examination. A few years back, Dr. G. recommended the OptoMap Machine, where he found that I have Focal Lattice Degeneration. The Port Alberni Friendship Center, established in the mid-1960s, is one of the more than 119 friendship centres across Canada and 25 in BC, with a mandate of providing services for urban Aboriginals. Pair of Medics First Aid Training was originally started because both Chris and Carla working as Primary Care Paramedics with the BC Ambulance Service would arrive on scenes and realize that most of the patients, that were critically ill or injured, could have had some lifesaving first aid provided to them prior to their arrival.
Pair of Medics First Aid brings 24+ years of combined experience to the classroom. Chris and Carla are both certified training instructors with the Canadian Red Cross and are members in good standing with the local Chamber of Commerce.
