Sneaky Dee's is a Toronto institution, best known for the bands that played there during Toronto's last music heyday in the late 1970s. Today it continues to be a popular place for both veteran and up-and-coming acts who play in the up-stairs room. The menu has a strong Mexican flavour, plus the usual pub fare and a good selection of beers on tap.
Take a trip to old world Italy without ever leaving Toronto. Located in the fashionable area of Yonge and Eglinton, La Vecchia delivers the authentic taste of Italy with a genuine Italian ambiance. From the stone and stucco walls covered in Italian pictures and art, La Vecchia captures the essence of Italian dining with European flair.
Charming atmosphere, beautiful chandeliers and old stone walls covered with vintage black and white photos. The food was excellent, and our server was absolutely lovely. A bit pricey, but really a wonderful experience overall. One thing to note is the two-hour limit on dining, which is best to know about in advance. If you have a group that wants to reunite, two hours is kind of short, but that's the policy. Read more
Established in 1990, Grazie Ristorante continues to serve southern Italian cuisine to its Yonge & Eglinton patrons. On August 8, 2008, Grazie opened its doors to its second location at 9100 Jane Street in Vaughan. Grazie Ristorante prides itself in offering consistency in food and service while providing a warm casual atmosphere. Their cooking is prepared al minute, which means that every sauce is made fresh to order and every homemade pizza dough is rolled out per order.
Great fresh pasta, fast service and all around good dining experience. They are always busy and it's a bit loud, but well worth a short wait and some noise to enjoy their food. Read more

Grano is famous for their selection of seafood such as octopus and squid as well as their grilled chicken and vegetable dishes. A restaurant is all about food and mood. But a romantic back story doesn't hurt either. Luckily, Ned and Linda Spahic have all three in spades at their Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue restaurant, Balsamico.

The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out. The portion is great to save for a quick bite the next day. The tables are a bit close together in the room off the main room but the attentiveness of the servers makes up for it! Read more

Pasta is the superstar at this Old World Italian eatery, where high ceilings and brick walls enclose nothing short of a pending experience in exquisite dining. On-line reviewers swoon over the homemade pasta and pizza, and collectively scoff at the notion that one might find anything pedestrian to eat at this innovative King West spot. The frequently updated menu is date-stamped, to demonstrate its recency, but staples like nodini (little fists of bread brushed with olive oil, sea salt and rosemary) and parmigiana di melanzane (layers of preserved tomato, fried eggplant and cheese) are perennial favourites. Buca's wine list is respectable; the cocktail selection is inventive and the service is stellar.
The flavour of the pasta was amazing. The aged beef was exquisite. Service was second to none. Wine parings were excellent. Thank you for a great evening. I wish I had the recipe for the pasta. Read more
