Welcome to Camp Owaissi 2014Camp Owaissi has been running traditional summer camp experiences since 1950. Thats 64 years of fun, fellowship, and fresh air.Its beautiful natural surroundings and strong supportive community make for an ideal summer camp experience. It has become much loved by many families both inside and outside our church. There are seven camps in our summer program, one for each week of July and August. Each camp is geared toward a particular age group.Camp has come to a close for this year however plans are already in place to make 2015,(our 65th Anniversary year) a slap down, roll in the mud merry-go-round of fun and adventure.All the usual activities will be available at Owaissi next year including swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, adventure, camp craft, the obstacle course, arts and crafts, team sports, scavenger hunts, talent shows, evening campfires and various other games and activities under the watchful eye of our experienced staff.
