Best service I've got in a long time.Honest and fair. Because he was behind a little with another car my pick up time got moved ahead by 2 hours. He apologized and offered to bring my car to me. I told him that was not necessary but appreciated the offer. I know he felt bad about it. Will not think twice about going to him again.Will also recommend his garage to everyone I know. I used to call the toll free number. However despite the quick service (I once called at 11 pm, had the problem taken care of the next morning!!!) I was always annoyed by the sales pitch. I really like the service when dealing directly with the ottawa office. They are on quick dial on my phone!
