Award Builders Ltd. was established in 1969 by C.D. (Charlie) Davis with his son Jack who recognized his father's quality work and high standards would be appreciated by new home buyers.In 1971 after years of part-time laboring for his father, Charlie's other son Wayne started working as a "framing carpenter", which led to extended duties with other builders giving Wayne a wide base of experience in quality home construction.
