From the bidding to the execution of projects, we have been involved with countless residential and commercial contracts at every level. For asphalt, BMIR sealing uses a refined coal tar based sealer that seals out the damaging elements of weather and chemicals and keeps the vital oils and plasticizers locked in the asphalt pavement to keep them flexible and functional. Our sealer is water based and dries with a matte finish. The matte finish accentuates the home and boosts curb appeal. For concrete, BMIR Sealing uses Hydrostop Sealer which is a clear, water based sprayable liquid which activates a water repellent effect on the surfaces of concrete. The finished application is virtually invisible, leaving the surface with its original appearance and breathability.
