HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had not been to a dentist since I was 12. I was scard for life when I was younger by dentists that clearly had no clue about what they were doing. One dentist I went to for a couple fillings, he numbed me but didnt do it properly, when he started drilling i felt EVERYTHING. Dr.Emami and Krystal at Willowbrook dental are amazing!I got a root canal and I felt ZERO...NOTHING!! I am no longer scared and am getting more work done by Dr.Emami - I have a lot to get done! I had an amazing experience with this company. When I told their service department that I found scratches on my nightstands, they were quick to do follow up procedures and keeping me in the loop as to how they will fix my problem. I now have 2 nightstands that look as good as new and very satisfied.
Not sure what the other review was going about... I actually wanted my delivery in the evening, but as far as I was informed, they finish deliveries all before 4pm.

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.
