We purchased a 2014 CRV from Derek M at Marv Jones . We were extremely pleased with the way Derek dealt with us . We had shopped at a closer Honda dealership and were very dissatisfied. Derek made the experience very easy & pleasureable ! We took a long leasurally test drive on our own , without having a salesman in the backseat breathing down our necks . I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
