I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. I have been a 4 x per year patient of Dr Mark Serfas & staff since 2000. They are all simply excellent. Kind, generous, compassionate, well organized, honest, skilled, reasonable in discussions, friendly... They offer well-grounded, researched advice and are willing to work to accommodate special needs of all kinds. I have never had a bad experience, nor heard of anyone having one. We all count our lucky stars to be patients in that lovely office.
