Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. Contrary to the comments of the 3 previous individuals I have found the Alliston Scotiabank to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable handling all my financial transactions.
