I have been dealing with K02 for about 15 years now and I have never received anything but professional, friendly, respectful, warm and knowledgeable advice. Seliina sees hundreds, maybe 1,000s of clients a year, probably has to listen to the same concerns over and over yet she always retains her sense of humour and remembers its not old to the person she is serving.Nancy and the others behind the front desk are equally helpful and professional. Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time.
