Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Amazing customer service!
I had the best manicure and pedicure:) the staff are so nice and welcoming. I told them I was going on a trip and they provided me with a free design on my big toe. This is my favourite place to get pampered honestly hardly any wait times and fanastic service!!!
