Morgan did a large marina at Bobcaygeon for a trailer park installing a 1600 ft sheet pile wall and dredging the area, he worked on the Meaford Marina, installing a large sheet pile wall and dredged the harbours for Meaford, Georgian Yacht Club, Wiarton Marina, Owen Sound Marina and Township of Blue Mts and Murdock McKenzie Marina at Oliphant. It is governed by a board of directors, made up of parents and community members.
