Community Care Durham (CCD), established in 1977, is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide Home Support, Respite (Caregiver Relief) and COPE Mental Health services for adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. Our services are provided free of charge or for a minimal fee and are administered through various service locations across Durham Region.

Since 2001, we’ve been proud to support the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) by building and designing the grand prize — the Minto Dream Home.
