The Sexual Health Resource Centre at Queen’s University provides confidential, non-judgmental support and resources for sexual health, including STI information, pregnancy options, and safer sex supplies. Operated entirely by volunteers, it serves Kingston communities with sex-positive education and referrals across relationships, sexuality, and sexual violence support.
Since 1996 the Cantabile Choirs of Kingston, under the leadership of Dr. Mark Sirett, have thrilled local and regional audiences in performances of a diverse range of choral repertoire from Canada and around the world at an unrivalled standard of performance.
The Davies Charitable Foundation has periodic competitions for charitable funding. The competitions will entertain applications from the arts, education, sports and health. Applications will be accepted from eligible charitable organizations and individuals from the Kingston area.Individuals seeking funding cannot receive direct funding and must be aligned with a charitable organization, i.e. a national sport organization. The available funding and number of awards will vary and will be made available with the announcement of the competition. Successful applications will be informed approximately 4-6 weeks after the competition. The Davies Charitable Foundation reserves the right to limit the funding available in a competition if all or some applications are deemed unsatisfactory. Subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be informed of our upcoming competitions for charitable funding.
