I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. My experience in the Dixie Staples store was excellent! I was so welcomed as I walked in. Each of the employees that saw me acknowledged me. Everyone was so helpful in assisting me to find what I needed. They would drop everything they were doing to walk me to the aisle I required.I also noticed the employees were generous and kind to each other. Such a great atmosphere of camaraderie!
