Inspired by the work of Lotte Berk, a European ballet dancer who first developed her method in the 1950's, we have developed a program that helps to achieve beautiful, healthy bodies, while improving postural balance, flexibility, co-ordination and grace.
I find freedom and inspiration in movement whether I am watching or actually moving. I have been given the opportunity to introduce my Pilates and dance classes to the diverse training I have had through a warm up and work out that brings them into full body awareness, finding their center by getting both deep through the mind and the body as well as their breathe. By incorporating mat based moves to dance class and dance based moves to pilates I have brought grace to the mat and stability to the dance.
We celebrate your victories and encourage you in moments of doubt. While pilates, dance and yoga are serious disciplines, when incorporated into your regular exercise routine, it can bring joy, balance and inner peace in your life.
