I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. A lot of denture/dental clinics employ staff who treat patients like pieces of an assembly line, "move along, next customer, stop bothering me." Dr Bolog, who we're encouraged to call Mike, and his staff are friendly and treat you like you're a person and a part of the procedure as opposed to just gums and teeth to examine.
I like the atmosphere of the place, it's kind of like they make you feel at home.
