Banting and Best Child Care Centre is a non-profit organization and has been in operation since 1989. We began a programme for sixteen (16) preschool children, aged two and a half to five years and for fifteen (15) school aged chldren, aged six to twelve years. The staff have fostered close relationships with the Public and Catholic Schools. There is the peace of mind parents gain in such a setting as ours, the assurance that once your child is at the Centre, he or she will safely make the transition to and from school.
Grace Gym is a multi-purpose gym built and managed by Grace Chinese Gospel Church of North York to serve its surrounding community. This full size multi-purpose gymnasium has a stage for musical, drama and theatrical performances and space for community gatherings. It can be used as a full size basketball court, a regulation size volleyball court or 4 regulation size badminton courts. It includes washroom facilities and full wheelchair access. There is also an auxillary gym that can hold 3 badminton courts.
Angelic Treasures focuses on the development of children. Activities are planned on a daily basis to help improve motor development, cognitive skills and overall learning. Specific activities are designed to help each child progress through age appropriate milestones.
We also create specialized programming for children with special needs and work one on one with a variety of services to ensure that each child is developing at his or her optimal level. ATCD is a home away from home. We continue the routines you set at home and maintain consistency in your schedules. This program is child-led and child-centric.
