I have been going to the yoga barn for almost 3 years. It is by far the best yoga class I have ever taken. After a long day at work it's what I look forward to. I love the heat , and Jenny is a fantastic instructor. I see the change in my body since I started. I would rather give up my wine that give up my hot yoga.

The Yoga Barn is the first and only Hot Yoga Studio equipped with Infrared Heat Panels, in the Annapolis Valley. We are located just outside Kentville, near Blueberry Acres, and we welcome clients from across Nova Scotia. We offer hot yoga classes as well as cool yoga classes for everybody!
