5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

Wow. I am amazed.
I went to see Jennifer for a bike fitting - GUYS. Seriously. You would be crazy to go ANYWHERE else! She was attentive, friendly, answered all my questions, and then later addressed some chronic back pain I've been having. She spent 2 full hours with me, and my bike feels better than ever. She really knows what she's talking about when it comes to bike fitting - she was completely flawless in all her measurements, techniques, etc.
What I appreciated most was how she talked me through every step. So many physio's just get into "go mode" and don't say anything... not here! She explained every detail, and especially the "why" behind all the changes she made on my bike. On top of her excellent, hand-crafted service, I feel like I got an education, too!
