LOVE! with so many options for Chinese in Victoria, you can't go wrong with Sampan Express. If you are looking for table side service, linen, candle light, may be a bottle of wine.....etc.. this would NOT be the place for you . They aren't the best but hey.... for around 10 bucks a head you get a decent meal , I had a 3 items combo from their hot table for just $9.25 + tax. my girlfriend Linda had a wonton soup......best wonton.....said Linda. I saw 1 star and made an account because that rating is an injustice in this society. Domino's shelbourne is the most lit pizza place in Victoria. Easily the best Domino's I've had in the chain. You guys have fed me through my degree and will continue to for the rest of it.
