I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

James and his team are very knowledgeable and professional, taking pride in their workmanship. James made sure the job was done properly, quality materials were used, and the roof was well sealed with a proper underlayment and drip edge as the previous roofer did not use one.
James was very honest on what he would recommend and did not try to upsell any unnecessary additional work or products.
