Though once solely devoted to the practice of Pilates, Island Pilates and Fitness has transformed into a multifaceted fitness studio, dedicated to inspiring that passion in it's clients. Leanne is a certified STOTT Pilates Matwork Instructor, a BCRPA Advanced Group Fitness Leader, and a certified BOSU Integrated Balance Trainer Instructor. She is also a member of the Bellyfit development team. Leanne strives to make the studio a positive, healthy, community experience. She also greatly appreciates the diverse talent of her amazing instructors. Birgit Nilson has a diploma in Kinesiology and is a BCRPA registered Personal Trainer and Trainer of Fitness Leaders. She is also the owner of WorkWise Occupational Health Consulting.
