Sean and his team moved our fairly large house to London from Richmond Hill, with 2-28ft trucks and a 17ft truck. We've had horrible experiences in the past with movers. I'm not sure if Sean is the manager or owner but his customer service skills highly exceeded our expectations! He was with us every step of the way and made this huge move, stress-free for our family. Sean provided a proper quote and billing there were no surprises. The front desk staff, a young kind gentleman of Indian descent was very accommodating and friendly when we checked in late on oct 4th, 2017. My husband had heart surgery scheduled the following day. We ended up needing to stay for 8 nights.
The kind and friendly women in the breakfast area greeted us daily with smiles and pep.
They were very kind. We will definitely return!
Kudos to these employees!!
The holiday inn does need an upgrade in certain areas as well.

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family at Michaels On The Thames on Oct/5/19, we had a most enjoyable dining experience, the private dining room was a nice touch for our celebration.Joelle made us feel very welcomed and provided a service that was very much appreciated.Todd our server was super with making sure all of the guest were looked after. Special note to say the signage outside on the marquis, the 50th Anniversary cake with gold candles, was a nice touch.Thank you
