Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car.
