MV-1 Ottawa is part of the Francis Canada Truck Centre Inc. business which has a long history of serving the Heavy and Medium Duty Truck needs of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec Since 1910. We are proud and excited to announce that the MV-1 is now available in Ottawa. The MV-1 is the first mobility vehicle that was designed from the ground up for wheelchair accessibility and is proudly built in North America. The MV-1 comes equipped with a deployable integrated ramp for quick and easy passenger access, and has a spacious interior that can accommodate up to six occupants, with the optional jumpseat. The MV-1 is the only accessible vehicle that meets or exceeds the stringent vehicle guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Canadian CSA D-409 safety standards.

To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
